What data we process and why

Purchase data (name and email) is collected by Stripe Payments Europe Ltd. as payment processor, and we use it only to deliver your order and for invoicing. Legal basis: performance of the contract and legal obligation.

If you request the free starter pack, we store your first name and email with our email provider (Resend) to send you the guide and occasional emails from Teacher Ana. Legal basis: your consent, which you can withdraw at any time with the unsubscribe link or by writing to hello@teacheranacorner.com.

Retention and your rights

We keep data for the legally required periods, and newsletter data until you unsubscribe. You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability by writing to hello@teacheranacorner.com, and lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD).
